Or perhaps you are looking to give someone a gift they will treasure deeply.
You may even have a personal vision that you want to bring to life with special artwork.
Do you like what you see of my style, but want something of a different size or color scheme?
I consider it a unique privilege to work on each commission, collaborating with you to make your vision a reality. Every piece has its challenges, but I enjoy charting new territory.
Having done many commission of different kinds, I can let you know how your ideas might best translate into collage, mixed media — or other types of artwork if desired.
Also, if you see a piece that you like on this website but it’s listed as sold, I can very nearly replicate that piece and make you your own original.
I often ask questions to get an idea of your personal tastes and preferences. I may learn about the room each piece will be in so I can envision how it will complement its setting.
Or if it’s a gift, the story behind your gift and the person you want to honor.
Many factors go into preparation for a commission, but they all help me get at the heart of what you have in mind.
So once you have decided what you would like, then we can fill out my Artist’s Commission Agreement. That way we will set some professional expectations and it will be easier for us to collaborate on your masterpiece.
